There are 7 assembly lines for automotive wiring harnesses, with a monthly production capacity of 8000 sets for automotive wiring harness design and 40000 sets for motorcycle wiring harness design. The maximum annual output value is 200 million yuan.
Production equipment: 14 fully automatic double ended wire cutting machines, 6 fully automatic computerized wire cutting machines, 56 semi-automatic servo terminal machines, 6 servo hydraulic terminal machines, 4 continuous strip wire cutting machines, 4 semi-automatic tape winding machines, 3 semi-automatic computerized wire twisting machines, 6 semi-automatic soldering machines, 3 sets of wire harness conductivity testing stations, 5 sets of corrugated tube automatic cutting machines, and 1 continuous strip wire cutting machine;

Testing equipment: Coating thickness tester, constant temperature and humidity test, heat resistance test, wire harness conductivity test bench (3 sets), ROHS six item test, salt spray test.
