Cable Product Equipment
Copper Stranding Machine
Main function：Strand multiple single bare copper wires at a fixed pitch to form a regular conductor.
Process Content：Inner conductor strand/stranded copper conductor (wire conductive core).
Foamed Core Wire Extruder
Main function：Extrude and wrap foamed insulation material at high temperature on the outer layer of the stranded copper conductor to improve insulation, reduce impedance and save materials
Process Content：Foamed insulation layer of single core wire (commonly used for data cables and high-frequency cables)
Horizontal Pair Twisting Machine
Main function：Twist two insulated single core wires into pairs, control the twist pitch to reduce signal interference
Process Content：Two-core twisted pair (twisting process for network cables, audio cables and signal cables)
Three-Core Laying-up & Taping Machine
Main function：Strands white, blue signal core wires and ground wire into one cable core, with synchronous taping operation during stranding to complete pre-shielding process.
Process Content：
Three-core cabling core (internal structure of power cables and three-core signal cables).
Cable Laying-up Machine
Main function：Arrange, gather and bundle multiple paired twisted wires and single insulated core wires into an integrated cable core, preparing for subsequent braiding shielding, wrapping shielding and sheathing extrusion processes.
Process Content：Integral multi-core assembled cable core framework, regular wire arrangement and fixed structure.
Braiding Machine
Main function：Weave a copper wire or aluminum-magnesium wire braid on the outer layer of the assembled cable core to achieve anti-interference and grounding protection.
Process Content：Metal shielding braid, anti-electromagnetic interference, grounding protection and enhanced wire tensile strength.
Sheath Extruder
Main function：Extrude and wrap PVC, PE, TPE and other plastic sheaths on the outermost layer of the braid or cable core to realize the integral wire forming and provide protection.
Process Content：The outermost sheath of the wire, wear-resistant, oil-resistant, waterproof, and forms the wire into a finished product.
